Hello SAR Friends,

I want to thank everyone who attended the IN-KY 2001 SAR Conference. We had a wonderful weekend with beautiful weather. The conference was a success with over 90 participants training together as a team.  It was nice to see some old friends again and to welcome some new friends to our search and rescue family.

A very special thank you to those that dedicated your time, talent and experience in sharing with us your valued presentations. 

I hope everyone took home useful information to share with his or her individual teams.  There was a presentation for everyone, for both experienced search and rescue members and those new to search and rescue. 

 Please mark your calendars now for the first weekend in November of 2002 for the next IN-KY SAR Conference. If you have any suggestions for next years training, please let me know. 

I hope everyone had a good time and gained some new friends I know that I did. I’m very glad you were all able to attend.
